Refund Policy
• All sales are final. Your purchase is limited to the purchase of interpretation minutes in advance; not the Codetalker software application. Although Codetalker Technologies, Inc. makes every effort to provide language interpretation through cellular devices, Codetalker makes no claims or guarantees as to the operational compatibility of the Codetalker software with your particular cellular device. A failure to initiate the Codetalker software through your particular cellular device does not prohibit your account from accessing Codetalker Technologies, Inc. Interpretation services through our Customer Service desk. All minutes purchased expire 180 days from the date of your purchase.
Note: Codetalker is not responsible for refunding previously purchased software or replacing with compatible versions for any replacement or new device you have obtained.
If a refund is warranted, it will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. By receipt of a refund, the purchaser agrees to remove and delete the software, all of its components, any registration codes, and fully downloaded versions from the device and/or computer. All refunds are final and shall serve as the sole remedy for any claims relating to the purchase, download, use or inability to use the Codetalker software application, unless such limitation is otherwise prohibited by law.
In a few jurisdictions, certain terms of this Refund Policy may not be applicable. In such instances, Codetalker Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to modify the terms of this Policy as necessary to comply with applicable laws and/or regulations.
